The Verizon Cloud CX project aimed to revolutionize the customer experience for Verizon’s Cloud services, emphasizing a seamless and intuitive user journey. This initiative was grounded in a customer-centric approach to redefine excellence in the digital space.
As the lead designer for 16 months, I collaborated extensively with the Verizon CX client team to enhance the Cloud experience. My responsibilities included crafting intricate user flows and translating them into detailed designs that adhered to Verizon’s cutting-edge Brand 3.0 design system.
One of my significant contributions was developing key components now integrated into the Verizon 3.0 design system. These components are vital for achieving design consistency, improving usability, and ensuring overall product satisfaction for Cloud users. My work has directly influenced the project’s success, setting new standards for design excellence within Verizon’s ecosystem.
